An agent reads the report and what they highlighted, makes the change, and opens a PR from a fork. Never on your branch.

Everyone else votes
Other users preview the change and vote. What the user base overwhelmingly wants rises to the top of your queue.

A vote is a signal, never a trigger. Merging stays a human decision, made by you, in GitHub.
